BODY POSITIVITY
We encourage you to appreciate your body, no matter what. This is a safe space us all to work on body acceptance. Your body is celebrated here. You’ll find a big emphasis on promoting body love in everything that we do from the recipes to the interviews. We've got you!
EXPRESSION
We know that every single woman is powerful & unique - with so much to offer our world. Your personality traits, your voice, your gifts, your talents, your creativity - we want you to confidently shine it all out into the world! We're here to help you feel fully expressed & fully alive.
HOLISTIC HEALTH
We’ll be providing resources for taking care of your mental, emotional, & physical health, in a natural (& effective) way! From self care tips to tools like meditation to systems like Astrology & Human Design. We're all about supporting your mind, body, and soul, holistically.
JOY
We believe that laughter is medicine & weirdness is normal. We encourage you to dance, sing, play, & let the goofiness out! We won’t be taking ourselves too seriously here & will be providing opportunities to heal, grow, & connect through the energy of pure JOY!
