FOUNDER & CEO
Shannon Keating is a Holistic Life Coach for Women & Teen Girls, Podcast Host of Unmasked & Open Hearted, Intuitive/Psychic and Human Design Reader.
Shannon grew up on the east coast in a small town in Maryland and ventured out west to the University of Denver for college. She graduated with a Biology Major, and minors in Physiology & Sustainability. After college, she dove straight into a holistic nutrition program with the Nutrition Therapy Association to become a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). A forever student always following her curiosity and heart, Shannon has since embarked on several continuing education programs to become certified in Guided Meditation, Human Design, Hypnotherapy, and Intuitive Development (to harness her Psychic gifts and facilitate Intuitive Readings).
Life experience has always been Shannon’s greatest teacher, and the challenges she faced growing up have molded her into the warm, compassionate, wise leader she is today. Shannon believes in a holistic approach to wellness and has been able to overcome multiple eating disorders, depression, suicidal ideations, an autoimmune condition, & gut infections using mental, emotional, & spiritual tools.
Shannon is an old soul, with a young spirit who has the ability to connect with absolutely every one, in a meaningful & intentional way. She radiates warmth out into the world and offers a safe, non-judgmental space for young women to feel seen & heard, share their worries, stresses, and dreams, and receive a positive role model who will always intentionally guide them back home to their hearts.
She is incredibly passionate about supporting our younger generation of women in a variety of areas including self love, body image, emotional intelligence, intuition/self trust, & healthy relationships - thus why BabesRising exists!
