SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER!

BabesRising Is A Community-based Membership & 1:1 Coaching Platform Supporting Young Women To Create Foundational Self Love, Positive Body Image, Empowering Relationships, And Thriving Mental, Emotional, & Physical Wellbeing.

We are looking for a self-motivated & enthusiastic social media manager to bring onto our team in February/March 2023!

This is an amazing opportunity for a young woman to get experience managing social media and helping a start-up company grow.

This role is going to help you hone in your own professional skills in marketing, copywriting, brand development, entrepreneurship, & social media. You will also receive coaching & personal development surrounding the mindset of entrepreneurship, self love, body positivity, mental health, & relationships.

Your Passions:

All things branding/marketing/social media, creativity, self love & body positivity, the empowerment & upliftment of women, community building & relationships, & entrepreneurship! You also love: learning, growing, & helping others.

Your Traits:

Passionate, hard-working, open-minded, organized, adaptable, creative, self-motivated, innovative, enthusiastic, great communicator, willing to work with a small team, great at giving & receiving helpful feedback, trustworthy, & honest!

Skill Requirements:

  • Attention to detail

  • Good writing / copywriting skills

  • Tech savvy (with systems & programs, including internet, website, social media & Canva)

  • Monitoring social media growth

Roles Include:

  • Creating & managing social media content calendar

  • Managing Instagram account; potentially helping assist the growth of Tik Tok as well

  • Creating graphics/content on Canva

  • Content brainstorming & Copywriting for posts on Instagram

  • Recycling / circulating content along various platforms (email, social media, website)

  • Managing our social media account; interacting with people via posts & DM’s (building online relationships)

This is a paid position.

Ideal for someone who is interested in expanding their skills using social media and Canva to help intentionally grow a company for the next 6+ months!

This will require approx. 3 hours of time / week

Ideal Start Date:

March 1, 2023

Duration:

1 month trial. Then 5 additional months (if it’s a good fit); with potential to continue after the first 6 months.
