Isabel Lopez

DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS

Isabel graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BS degree in Strategic Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and minors in Spanish and Dance. Throughout Isabel’s time in college she was given opportunities that helped grow her leadership skills while learning how to communicate and work effectively with others.

During college, she joined CHAARG: a national, all-women’s fitness organization, and served as the Secretary of the CU CHAARG chapter. She also joined Her Campus as a contributing writer and has had her work published in their magazine. After working different customer service jobs throughout school, she is now living in Madrid teaching English, following her dreams to travel and live abroad.

Isabel played a crucial role in the development and creation of Babes Rising - she has been alongside us for the entire journey (from back when we first launched as a passion project, “babezrising” to now!). She is a trusted point of contact for Shannon, as she offers the most insightful guidance, while always keeping our mission to support & empower young women in her heart.

Outside of her career ambition, Isabel’s passions include: music, dance, fitness, spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and learning/exploring different cultures.
